  • 1 bag of powder pudding (vanilla)
  • 50g. of sugar
  • 250 ml. of cream

Preparation:

  1. Warm the water, butter and salt until it starts to bowl.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add flour and corn starch and mix it constantly.
  3. Cook until the mixture starts separating from the saucepan. (about 1 minute)
  4. Add the eggs. Mixture should be smooth and shiny.
  5. Cool the mixture and add baking powder.
  6. Shape cakes in the size of a walnut.
  7. Bake them on an oiled baking pan at 220C for 25-30 minutes. ( Do not open the oven first 20 minutes so the dough wouldn't be settled.
  8. For the filling, mix the pudding powder with sugar and 4 tablespoons of milk.
  9. Warm the rest of the milk until it starts to boil, then remove from the heat.
  10. Pour into it the milk with the pudding and bring to a boil.
  11. Leave this mixture in a bowl to cool.
  12. Mix firmly whipped cream in the pudding.
