These are beautiful brownies without flour. Simple recipe, very easy to make and the most important - they are delicious.
Ingredients:
- 250 gr. chocolate for cooking
- 170 gr. of butter
- 25 gr. of cocoa
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 3-4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 100 gr. of ground walnuts
- 90 gr. chocolate for cooking
- 60 ml. cream
Preparation
- Put aluminium foil into baking drip and spray it with oil
- Put chocolate, chopped butter and water in a small sauce pan and melt it.
- Add cocoa to that, mix well and leave aside.
- Mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract in the bowl for about 4 minutes. Then add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture.
- Finally, add finely ground walnuts.
- Mix it and put it in the pan.
- Bake in preheated oven at 150 C around 35-40 minutes.
- Remove from oven, allow it to cool completely, cover it with aluminium foil and leave in fridge for about 4 hours.
- Make the glaze from chocolate and cream, pour over cake and put it back in fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Finally, you can enjoy delicious dessert.
